Yes - the workshop will be filmed and livestreamed and everyone who registers (either for the in-person experience or the livestreaming admission) will receive a video recording of the full workshop along with typewritten transcripts of the channeled sessions that Lee delivers. We'll get you the video recording within 48 hours after the workshop takes place. The transcripts of the channeled sessions should be ready for you within about a week after the retreat has ended.

We have a limited discounted room block at the Hilton. You can book at that rate HERE. You are also welcome to stay wherever you like in town (another hotel, an Airbnb, etc.) and walk or drive over to the Hilton each day. 

Los Angeles International 

Major airlines serve Woodland Hills via the Los Angeles Airport (LAX), just 30 miles to the hotel. There is not an airport shuttle bus to the hotel but Uber, cabs and rental cars are readily available.

Hollywood Burbank Airport

No. You can register for the in-person workshop and you have the option to book a room on property at Hilton Woodland Hills where the workshop will be held, OR you can stay off-property wherever you like and commute over to Hilton for the event.

We've also made available a livestreaming registration option for those who can't make it to the event in-person. You can find that registration option below as well.

The replays will be added to your library for lifetime access.

Our intention is to film the events happening on-stage and we plan to position the cameras to minimize any disruption to your experience. It's possible that Lee could invite a handful of the in-person participants on-stage throughout the course of the weekend, in which case those people would be filmed. It's also likely that we'll include some crowd shots from the back of the room showing the in-person audience. If you do not want to appear on camera, please tell one of our representatives at the event when you arrive so we can seat you in a designated, off-camera area.

Those attending the livestream event will not appear on camera.

For the in-person participants, most people will aim to arrive at some point on Friday, December 6, 2024 to get settled before our 10 am session at the Hilton Woodland Hills the next morning.

The last workshop session will end at 5 pm on Sunday December 8, 2024, so most people will depart later that day or the morning of December 9th. Of course, you're welcome to extend your stay in Woodland Hills to take advantage of everything it offers.

For those participating in the livestream experience, you can login at 10 am Pacific Time each morning (or at any time you're available). There will be a morning session that runs until about 12:30 pm Pacific, then we'll have a lunch break for about an hour and 45 minutes. The afternoon session will run until about 5 pm or 5:15 pm Pacific. If you miss anything, rest assured that it will be included in the recording you receive.

Yes, we'll have a dedicated support person online with you during the broadcast to make sure any livestreaming tech questions/issues are addressed.

Yes. Lee will take live questions from those attending the event in-person throughout the weekend. For those who are livestreaming, you'll have the opportunity to submit written questions and Lee will review those and address some of them throughout the weekend.

Please be aware that registering for the event does not guarantee that you will get a question answered by Lee. 

If you cancel your registration before September 30th, 2024, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration between September 30th & October 31st, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your spot after October 31st, no refund is possible.

Please note that the workshop is separate from your hotel room booking. If you book a room at the hotel and need to cancel it, you need to call them directly to cancel your reservation. They have their own independent cancellation policy, which you should confirm at the time of booking.
