RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms and conditions related to your participation in Lee Harris’s A Weekend with Lee & the Z's  (the “Workshop”) which is conducted by Lee Harris Energy LLC, Lee Harris Productions Inc., Lee Harris, Noah Perabo and The Perabo Group (the “Proprietors”). By registering for the Workshop at the Hilton Woodland Hills (“Facility”), you (the “Participant”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). If you have any objections to the following Agreement, you should not attend the Workshop.

Filming

The Workshop will be filmed and by purchasing tickets and attending this event, I understand that it is possible I may be captured on camera and therefore consent to my voice and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in video for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised and I release the Proprietors, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.

Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases The Proprietors and their contracted staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the course of the workshop which may include group workshop sessions, retreat meals, Physical Activity, Sound Healing, Breath Work, Swimming and optional off-site excursions.

By registering for this event, I agree to hold The Proprietors and their contracted staff entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in group workshop sessions, retreat meals, Physical Activity, Sound Healing, Breath Work, Swimming and optional off-site excursions. These include, but are not limited to, injury, muscle strain, lightheadedness, dizziness, breathing difficulty. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against The Proprietors and their contracted staff for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Neither The Proprietors nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, agents, managers, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages to the Participant or the Participant’s business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in the Workshop or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the Workshop or any products or services provided pursuant to the Workshop, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will the Proprietors be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Participant’s involvement in the activities of the Workshop. To be clear: You, the Participant, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your participation in our Workshop, you agree not to attempt to hold us, the Proprietors liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this Workshop at any time, under any circumstance.

I understand that an intimate group retreat like this may not be the best environment for those suffering from deep grief, mental or severe emotional trauma, psychosis or those who are taking strong medication for any type of psychological condition. By ticking this box and agreeing to these terms, you are acknowledging that you do not fit into any of these categories or, if you feel you may fall into one of these categories, that you've spoken to our team at 917.727.3255 to get assurances that this is the right retreat for you.

We invite you to spend the weekend with Lee, the Z's, & Davor in beautiful Woodland Hills.

Your registration will include:

  • 2 days of teaching from Lee and channeled wisdom from his guides, the Z's, accompanied by live sound healing music from composer Davor Bozic 
  • Q&A opportunities so you can seek personal guidance and clarity directly from Lee 
  • Recordings of the full weekend to all who register
  • Written transcripts of every channelled session
