On screen, Sarah Niles is best known for co-starring in the BBC comedy, Beautiful People alongside Olivia Colman. She has also appeared opposite Jason Sudeikis in the second season of Ted Lasso and most recently, in Sarah Gavron's award-winning film, Rocks and Michaela Coel's, I May Destroy You. Theatre productions, including shows at the National Theatre, The Royal Court, The Old Vic and The Bush Theatre, are also a large part of her body of work as an actor.

Episode 118: Music & Fatherhood
Singer and songwriter, Trevor Hall, is our special guest. At a young age, he realized that music was more than just a passion, it was his life’s art, and at sixteen he recorded his first album. Trevor's music, a blend of roots and folk music with touches of electronic elements, is imbued with a deep love of Eastern Mysticism. This powerful symbiosis fosters a deep connectivity with his growing fan base and Trevor has become a leader of the conscious musical community. Together with his wife, Emory, they created the Where the Rivers Meet Foundation in 2020 in order to continue their humanitarian efforts in both India and Nepal.
Lee and Trevor have a wonderful conversation about the journey with his music, the honesty in his process, and how he manages his seasons of creativity. He also shares the beautiful lessons as a new dad and speaks to how amazing moms are, especially his wife. We learn how time in an ashram introduced him to the practices of yoga and meditation, influencing his life and his music, and why joy is his focus during this time. After decades spent traveling across India and Nepal, Trevor shares why they were inspired to create a foundation that could give back to those lands and people that touched and impacted their lives so immensely.

Dee Wallace is an internationally known actress, best known for her role as the mother in Steven Spielberg’s E.T. She has authored five books on the subject of self-creation and just released her sixth book, Born. Ms. Wallace earned her teaching credentials from The University of Kansas, and has worked as a teacher in the public school system, as well as her own dance and acting studios. Her work includes offering private sessions, monthly webinars, and a live (call-in) internet radio show each Sunday.
A strong advocate for accepting our own magnificence and power in a positive, loving way, Dee’s important message to the world is: Love yourself beyond anyone or anything else. Love yourself so much that you can’t do anything that doesn’t make you love yourself more.
